여자친구와 1주년 기념으로 저녁 식사 데이트를 위해 마곡역&발산역 사이에 있는 숙성시킨 소고기와 양고기 전문점인 녹지 마곡 본점에서 2인 세트를 시켜서 먹어보았습니다. 이곳에 다녀온 후기를 작성해보겠습니다.

예약

녹지는 캐치테이블이나 전화, DM으로 예약을 받고 있으며 저는 캐치테이블로 예약을 했고, 선금은 6만원이였습니다.

예약시간에 맞춰서 식당에 도착을 하면 예약금 6만원을 다시 입금해주는 시스템으로 되어있고, 0원으로 시작해 테이블에 찍힌 가격대로 다시 지불하면 됩니다.

2인 세트 숙성 꽃갈비 440g+양갈비 1대 125g+프렌치랙 1대 110g와 생 메밀막국수를 추가해서 먹어 봤습니다.

주변에 식사 하시던 분들은 명란 파밥을 시켜서 드시는 분이 많았습니다.

서울 강서구 공항대로 247 퀸즈파크나인 B동 131호

발산역 9번출구에서 80M

마곡역과 발산역 사이에 있고 발산역에 더 가깝게 위치해있습니다.

주차는 퀸즈파크나인 건물이 A,B,C동으로 나눠져 있지만 지하 주차장은 1곳으로 연결되어 있었습니다. 지하주차장에 주차를 하고 B동 건물 엘레베이터를 타고 올라오면 헷갈리지 않고 가게를 찾을 수 있습니다.

분위기

고급스러운 분위기로 가운데 통로에 서서 직원이 직접 고기를 구워주는 처음보는 식당 구조였습니다.

조용조용하면서도 본인들만의 식사시간을 즐기는 분위기였습니다.

오마카세 같은 느낌도 들면서 대접 받는 듯한 느낌도 들었습니다.

맛

맛은 가게 이름답게 입안에서 바로 녹지..

숙성 꽃갈비는 여자친구가 재 주문을 요청할 정도로 맛있었고, (2인분 이상부터 주문이 가능하다고 해서 재 주문을 하진 못함)

인생에서 처음으로 먹어본 양고기였는데 녹지의 양고기는 고급스런 음식점이라 그런지 ‘아~ 양고기는 이런 맛이구나’ 하는 생각이 들었고

제가 가지고 양고기에 대한 인식(냄새나 맛)에 비해 꽤 맛있고 괜찮다고 생각했습니다.

김치, 생채, 나물 등 곁들일 반찬들은 직접 만들었다고 설명해주셨고, 달큰한 간장소스는 고기를 계속 찍어먹을 정도로 간이 세지 않고 맛있었습니다.

버섯을 구워주셨을 때 주신 간장소스+생 달걀 노른자 소스도 끊임없이 고기를 찍어 먹었습니다.

그외 와사비, 트러플 소금, 청어 알 등 고기와 함께 먹을 수 있는 소스들도 있었습니다.

친절함

자리 앞에 서서 직접 만든 소스와 곁들일 반찬들에 대해 설명해주면서 고기와 같이 먹을 조합에 대해서 친절하게 설명해주셨고,

고기의 구움 정도도 직접 물어보며 저희와 소통해주셨습니다.

그리고 꽃갈비(우대갈비)에 대한 설명, 우대갈비에 붙어있던 살이라며 늑간살에 대해 설명해주시고,

양고기를 구울 땐 ‘이 부위는 양고기의 가슴살이다’, ‘이 부위는 양고기의 어깨쪽 살이다’ 하면서 친절한 설명과 함께 고기를 구워주셨습니다. 많이 친절하세요.
